We are in the process of finalizing the integration of Stripe to offer a fast, secure, and reliable online payment option. Once this is available, Stripe will be our preferred method for payments. We will notify customers as soon as it is live.

Until the integration of Stripe is complete, we are offering the following trusted alternative payment methods to ensure you can complete your purchase without any issues.

  2. Attach the payment receipt in the designated section.
  3. Provide the following information to our customer service team:
    • Transaction Reference Number
    • Amount Paid
    • Payment Date
    • Sender’s Name and Details (if applicable)
    • Payment Receipt (attached)

This information will help us verify your payment and process your order promptly. We recommend keeping a copy of your transaction receipt for your personal records.

 

4.     Processing Time:

  • Stripe payments (once available) will be processed immediately, and your order will be confirmed within a few minutes.
  • Western Union, MoneyGram, and Ria payments typically take 24 to 48 hours to be verified, as we must confirm receipt of the funds. Processing times may vary depending on the method used and the location from which the payment is sent. If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
